John is also a qualified mediator, conciliator and arbitrator himself, and has been appointed as a 3rd party neutral on c.40 disputes that have all been concluded successfully.
John’s client base includes building & civil engineering main contractors and sub-contractors and specialist suppliers, construction design professionals, employers, hauliers, developers, environmental engineering companies, data centre security firms, insurers, receivers and liquidators. John’s firm investigates the facts of alleged breaches of contract, and once satisfied that entitlement exists, correlates the witness statements and narratives and produces the necessary evidenced claim documents for, final accounts, mediation, conciliation, adjudication and arbitration. John is himself an experienced and well versed advocate, mostly in conciliation plenary sessions, mediation sessions and amicable settlement meetings. John provides extensive legal support to counsel in Arbitration and has worked with many of the leading construction law firms in the state.
