AA Land Survey is a busy Land Surveying Services provider based in Co Tyrone and active in all parts of NI and Eire. Customers are, typically but not exclusively, Architects, Solicitors, Statutory bodies (Roads Service, NI Water, Dard) Building Contractors and land/home owners. We carry out Topographical Surveys, Building Surveys, 'As Built' surveys (Road Bonds) Setting Out services and Boundary rectification and / or Transfer Maps for first Registration of property. A job specification is agreed with the customer prior to commencement so we can give an estimate of cost, plan the order of work and organise on-site resources in order to manage time efficiently. We continually strive to improve the quality of service and have a system of information management in place. We also regularly review and encourage feedback from my customers. Examples of work: Survey sites for planning applications to show sightlines, contours and physical ground features including boundaries. Determine the location of a Land Registry Boundary comparing surveyed detail to Land Registry Folios. Survey new housing areas to provide statutory bodies such as NI Water with an 'as constructed' plan of drainage and development, otherwise known as Road Bond survey. Survey of 'as built' floor plans for designing new works or extensions to a building. Survey of water courses for Flood Risk Assessments to include Hydrographic digital terrain models. Construction Skills Register card compliant / qualified to Level 3 Occupational Health and Safety.
